  15. CASUAL USERS:  Please read the information below if you are 
  16. considering giving the shareware edition of WinCharging to a 
  17. fellow shareware enthusiast.  [Casual users are defined as those
  18. individuals who do not fall into the Vendor category, and who
  19. try shareware programs solely as a means to obtain low cost
  20. software for personal use.]

  25. WinCharging is protected by U.S. copyright laws and inter-
  26. national treaties.  Unauthorized use, distribution, or repro-
  27. duction of this product may result in severe civil and criminal
  28. penalties.

  30. The SHAREWARE EDITION of WinCharging may be distributed by 
  31. casual users as long as it is done in the manner prescribed in
  32. the Shareware Distribution Rights defined below.

  37. ONLY the SHAREWARE EDITION may be distributed, and it must be
  38. distributed in its complete form.  This includes, but is not
  39. limited to, all of the files necessary to install and to run
  40. WinCharging properly, as well as the program's Help files,
  41. the concomitant shareware text files, such as LICENSE.TXT and 
  42. PURCHASE.TXT, and any files deemed necessary by My Little 
  43. Realm Enterprises.  The complete list of requisite files is 
  44. fully outlined in the text file CONTENTS.TXT.

  46. As a general rule, users should pass along a copy of the 
  47. shareware edition they purchased from their disk vendor.  If 
  48. they downloaded a compressed copy of WinCharging from a BBS,
  49. they should make a copy of that file and offer that.
  50.  
  51. Under no circumstances should users attempt to copy the 
  52. expanded WinCharging files from their hard disk and give those
  53. to their fellow shareware enthusiasts.  WinCharging must be 
  54. installed correctly if it is to run properly.  Users do their
  55. friends a disservice by giving them incomplete copies of any
  56. shareware program.

  61. Any user evaluating the SHAREWARE EDITION of WinCharging is 
  62. allowed to test the program on a single machine for a period of
  63. ONE MONTH.  If that user decides to continue using WinCharging
  64. after that period, payment is required.

  105. Jersey and shall inure to the benefit of My Little Realm 
  106. Enterprises and any successors, administrators, heirs and 
  107. assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought by either party 
  108. against the other arising out of or related to this agreement 
  109. shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent
  110. jurisdiction located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The parties
  111. hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
